Dear Vodafone

I was cut off your services FOUR times whilst away in India although I had presented your dealer with the necessary paperwork certification in August this year when I obtained a SIM card.

As a result my son and husband were not able to communiciate with me.

Lucky Me though as my other relatives live there.

However, I fear to think of other travellers and tourists out there all on  their own and unable to speak the native language.

What's your view then???

Hi McDonald

Yes, It's me again ............

McDonald's why was your recent survey on your new pork and chicken bites aimed only at over 16 and under 40 something year olds?

At 48, I too would have relished taking part in your survey if I am to continue eating at yours.

Dear McDonald's

Visited your  franchise outlet in Mumbai Churchgate near Eros cinema and Shakari Bhandar. The outlet was clean however the toilet let it down. Do You want to know why?

Well the outlet did not have it's own toilet and was using a public toilet within the storeyed building without much supervision and urinals on display just as you entered without having a door as a point of entrance.

Basically, what I am trying to tell you that letting your franchise to someone who is not prepared to install a toilet facility within the outlet (excluding discussions of handicapped facilities to get into the outlet) is a shabby outlook for McDonald's franchising.

What's Your Opinion?

Dear McDonald's

August 2011

Tried to find a savoury on the menu that did not have spice whilst on holiday in Mumbai India in one of your franchise outlets because by the end of my stay there I was having haemorhroids.

Unfortunately, although the server at the till assured me that the kids Happy meal was not spicy it was not what he had claimed. The only thing I could order next was chips after conferring with another customer that spice had'nt been added.

Dear McDonald please do cater to suit a wider palette!!!!
